Leadership in Workplace Health and Wellbeing Postgraduate Diploma 

This innovative programme is designed to enable leaders across all sectors to integrate health and wellbeing into their working environments. Once considered ‘nice-to-have’, a strategic focus on the health and wellbeing of all employees, including owners and managers, is now a must-have to attract and retain talent, providing an excellent return on investment for your company. Many organisations are going through a period of unprecedented change, and specialists in workplace health and wellbeing will be critical in successfully managing that culture shift.

As a new course leading the way in workplace support, once completed in 2024, Lisa will be qualified to provide consultation and support services to improve employee wellbeing and retention within a variety of companies and community groups.

She is currently working to improve support for actors and crew in the Irish Arts industry. 

Certified Mental Health First Aider

As a certified Mental Health First Aider  (MHFA), Lisa has participated in an internationally acclaimed and evidence-based training program that empowers and equips  individuals with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support a friend, family member or co-worker experiencing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis such as being suicidal or having a panic attack.

It is vital to learn the signs and symptoms of mental health problems and what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective.  Learning a practical framework for communication, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person towards appropriate treatments and other supportive help are necessary tools in all relationships and workplaces. 

​

Lisa is responsible for the rollout of a MHFA programme in a well-known manufacturing organisation.

Fitness and Coaching

Lisa teaches a variety of fitness programmes in corporate and school settings. Providing aerobics, strength training, HIIT and nutritional coaching to small and larger groups, her most popular class is POUND - a cardio/rock concert fusion designed for physical and mental wellbeing.
